Thank you for shopping with Big Buck Hat Co. All of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand fulfillment partner to ensure quality and reduce waste.

Order Processing & Production

All orders are processed and produced within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because each item is custom-made after purchase, processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • Standard Shipping 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping 2-4 business days (if available)

Total estimated delivery time: 5-12 business days from order placement

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Fulfillment Partner

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through a trusted print-on-demand partner (Gelato) and their regional production facilities. This allows orders to ship from locations closer to you whenever possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Big Buck Hat Co ships within the United States.

International Shipping may be added in the future.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped

Lost or Stolen Packages

Big Buck Hat Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Damaged or Defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
